Incapacitate 2 vehicles in Kasserine Pass within 5 seconds (Mission 6)

To get the vehicle by the ruins to spawn, you must kill all enemies in the area and either; a) Kill the gunner of the car and wait for the car to leave the map b) Blow the car up. The truck should come after you kill all enemies in the area, and that paroling car inst on the map any more. To get the second one to spawn, run to the ruins after you destroy the tiger tank and it will be there.
