in lukewarm water 100ml
with
sugar 15g

to prepare the yeast
Rest 5 minutes

Ingredients dough
2 eggs
Flour 500 g(start low,add more if needed)
Salt 5g
Sugar 40g
Softened butter 70 g
Milk+top milk 200 ml

Knead by hand for 5 minutes

Rest 60_90 minutes
Divide the dough 12 parts
Spread and like a ball
Cover and proof for 15 minutes
After rest
Spread and  round like a ball
First I put the rolls in the water, then in sesame seeds
Cover and rest for 30_40 minutes
Bake 20_25 minutes
