Описание к видео Versions of Me | A Closing Reflection on Growth & Becoming

This powerful poem, “Versions of Me,” was written by Branden Collinsworth (@brandencollinsworth) and is brought to life through a moving cold-read style monologue by the woman featured in this video (Amy Arglye)

Together, their work captures the essence of transformation — the many versions of ourselves we have lived, survived, released, and grown beyond. The words speak to healing, reflection, and the courage it takes to honor who we were while embracing who we are becoming.

This poem is used as a final reflection exercise in Week 12 of the Pathway to Choosing Peace program, inviting participants to pause, look back with compassion, and acknowledge the strength it took to arrive at this moment.

We offer deep gratitude to ‪@BrandenCollinsworth‬ for writing such a meaningful piece, and to the reader Amy Argyle ‪@AmyLawhorn‬ for bringing these words to life with honesty, emotion, and presence. Their combined voices help create a powerful closing moment — one that allows space for honoring growth, resilience, and the many versions of ourselves that led us here.

I personally follow Branden Collinsworth on Substack and became a paid subscriber because I value his work that deeply. If you haven’t heard of him before, you may have been missing out. His words have a way of naming growth, grief, and becoming with honesty and compassion that truly resonates.
