BRIAN WALSHE TRIAL DAY 11: Brian Walshe changed his plea to GUILTY for misleading police (witness intimidation) and improper conveyance of a human body (disinterment). He is still pleading NOT GUILTY to the first-degree m*rder charge and is on trial for that. The trial started with Opening Statements on December 1st, 2025 and is expected to last 2-3 weeks. Case Background: Ana Walshe, a 39-year-old mother of three vanished from her Cohasset, Massachusetts home on January 1st, 2023. Her husband, Brian Walshe, reported her missing days later, but evidence—including blood stains, a hacksaw, trash bags with human tissue, and his disturbing Google searches like "how to dispose of a 115-pound woman's body"—pointed to foul play. Ana's body has never been found, but Brian was charged with first-degree m*rder, misleading investigators, and dismembering a corpse. Already convicted of art fraud in 2023 (sentenced to 37 months), his m*rder trial is set to begin December 1, 2025.
