Forgotten Uniques: Apep's Supremacy | Path of Exile

Apep's Supremacy is a unique shield which is exclusive to Path of Exile Incursion league inside the Temple of Azoatl and is created by combining the precursor unique Apep's Slumber with a Vial of Awakening at the Altar of Sacrifice. This shield has the unique modifier of making you take chaos damage instead of physical damage from bleeding, whilst requiring you to be poisoned to benefit from its maximum resistances. This set of modifiers poses some interesting potential with Tainted Pact, amongst other unique items.
