I am sharing different techniques by which you can get different effects with these magnetic polishes. I have given proper tips and techniques along with the tutorial in this video to use these 9d cat eye magnetic nail polishes for cat eye effect and gemstone effect. You don't need UV light for this as these are regular polishes.
