Easter Walk During Lockdown 3 in Louth - 4th - 10th April 2021 - 4K

In this video I take you for a virtual walk around my beautiful home town of Louth, Lincolnshire, England, mostly on Easter Sunday 4th April 2021 although I have also added some footage taken the following Saturday 10th April 2021. On this walk we start off at St James' Church and explore parts of the centre of Louth including Spout Yard and the Gatherums (Spring Side), some of the local pubs and Louth Market amongst others.

At the time of filming this, the whole of England still had the official restrictions in place Lockdown 3 which had been in place since 5th January 2021. All pubs, restaurants, cafes (except for takeaway), cinemas, gyms, hairdressers etc were forced to remain closed. Restrictions of meeting people outdoors were relaxed a bit on 29th March 2021. All shops as well as pubs and cafes were allowed to open outdoors only on 12th April 2021 which was after this was filmed.

Unfortunately Louth has been in a perpetual state of lockdown since 5th November 2020 with Tier 3 then Tier 4 local lockdowns in place then the national Lockdown 3 on 5th January this year. Unfortunately because of this, a lot of local businesses have suffered and some have sadly disappeared.
