PLEASE REMEMBER THAT DIFFERENT UNITS MAY RESULT IN DIFFERENT ENEMY MOVEMENTS.
The Olivia shown in the video is not neutral. However, I have gotten confirmation from Milkyytoast (the writer for the GHB/BHB guides on Gamepress) that this strategy will work exactly as showcased using a 4 star level 40 neutral Olivia. That is assuming all the other units are the same as well.
The Fjorm and Legendary Ike seen here are the free copies obtained from Book 2 Chapter 1 Part 5 and Xenologue 3 respectively. I do not know how merges or random IVs affect this strategy.
Theoretically, NY Corrin should be replaceable by any archer capable of a 2HKO against the Fliers. However, as stated earlier, different units may result in different enemy movements.
The Quick Riposte Seal on Fjorm is so she can obtain a ORKO against the Slaying Lance Flier. The Quick Riposte level 1 Seal should work in theory since she'll be at full HP when said unit attacks her and she'll be knocked out of QR range after combat regardless of QR's level.
While each unit has all of their learned skills, the following skills have no effect on the battle and do not need to be learned or equipped for this strategy to work: Drive Atk on Fjorm, Seal Atk/Def and Def Tactic on Legendary Ike, Rally Def/Res and Spur Def/Res on NY Corrin, and Drag Back on Olivia.
NY Corrin needs the Hone Atk 3 boost from Olivia in order to 2HKO the Firesweep Lance Flier.
Once Minerva has been KO'd, the map is practically won. From this point on, you can do almost anything and still succeed. Fjorm can reliably solo Maria and the Red Infantry Mage by herself with no support.
