Scott Kidd has over 25 years of maritime experience, including new builds, refits, project management and yacht management.

He is a licensed USCG Master of 1600 US tonnage / 3000 international all oceans. With a background in IT and a strong mechanical background in maritime, transportation, machinery and heavy equipment.

Scott is also a multifamily real estate investor for the past few years. He is invested in multifamily apartment syndications in Ohio, North Carolina, Texas and joint ventures in Florida. He also runs a monthly meetup group, Yachtie real Estate Investors in Florida, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Stuart, in collaboration with SoFLO Real Estate Network and Real Estate Queens.
