This is a fabrication shop. The owner has passed and the family has contracted our company to liquidate it. There are tools, machines and equipment along with a class, C motorhome, trailers, iron, brass, SS and aluminum material.
(Raw material does not come with Mill Certs)

Plenty of parking on the street next to the shop. Bring Trucks & Trailers. If you purchase the forklift, it’s with the understanding that we can use it to check the items out and you will wait until you can pick up the forklift to be announced at time of sale. 

LOTS will be sold individual or as a group per auctioneers discretion.

There is a 15% buyers premium on all purchases. Sales tax will added to all purchases unless buyer holds a valid resale permit. All purchases are cash only unless otherwise specified. All items are sold as is, where is, no guarantees or warranties express or implied.
