Описание к видео CAD RADs 2.0: What you need to know about the new reporting system

The expert consensus document 2022 Coronary Artery Disease – Reporting and Data System, or CAD-RADS 2.0, expands on the first version, which was created in 2016 to standardize the reporting system for patients undergoing CCTA and to guide possible next steps in patient management. In conjunction with American College of Cardiology (ACC), American College of Radiology (ACR) and North American Society for Cardiovascular Imaging (NASCI), this document incorporates the latest technical developments as well as recent clinical trials and guidelines in CCT.

Key updates include:

Updated classification will follow an established framework of stenosis, plaque burden and modifiers – including assessment of CT-FFR and CTP.
Plaque burden should be estimated whenever present.
Two new modifiers were also added: modifier I (ischemia) and modifier E (exceptions).
