1) Firstly open kakao app on your smartphone
2) Now you may see the option of find kakao account or password, Tap on it
3) Now to reset your password, you have to enter your email or phone number, after your 'e done tap next
4) So you can reset your password by using your email or your password
5) Type in your nickname, select your country code and enter your Number and tap on verify
6) Enter the verification code sent by Kakao, now to recover your account few security question will be asked to you by Kakao, tap Get Started
7) After answering qustion, enter the new password and re-type your password to confirm your new password , then Tap on confirm
8) Now open the app enter your email or phone number and password
9) Now Tap on login, save password, then select your country code and type in your number
10) Now Enter the verification code sent by Kakao Talk then tap on ok
11) Now give permission to kakao talk if you want kakao to access to your account.
