Bookie Software: Now you are viewing the video for the Player Management Report.

The different columns displayed here shows information for every player, both active and inactive.

The “Player” column shows the username of each client. By clicking on it, you can access a variety of information, including the actual name of the player, his address and email.

Next to the Username, you will find the player’s password.

The following column is called “Credit Limit”. Here you can see the amount of credit a given player has been granted.

The next two columns are Max Wager and Minimum Wager; the numbers shown here are the maximum and the minimum amounts a given player is able to bet on a single wager.

The “Enable” column shows if a given player is able to place bets or not.
The next three columns are called Sport, Casino and Horses respectively. They show which players are allowed to get betting action at the Sportsbook, the Casino or the Racebook.

The last column on the Player Management report is called “Last Wager”, and it displays the exact date when a player placed his or her last bet.

“Actions” is where the editing is done. Clicking on this button shows a scroll down menu with two options: Edit, and Payment.

Clicking on Edit directs the agent to a new page where the personal data for each client is displayed.
Here, the agent is able to edit any of the information shown on the different columns at the Player Management main page, including credit limit and its expiration date, betting limits and password.
The agent can also enable or disable the different wagering options, such as the sportsbook, online betting, casino, horses and parlay cards.

Payment, the second option on the “Actions” roll down menu, directs the agent to a new page called “Player Payment”.
Here the agent can find player statistics, including credit limit, the client's current balance, how much he or she is currently risking, and if he or she has any free plays.
The agent can also set information for a variety of transactions, such as adjustments, disbursements, free plays and receipts.
