With the introduction of the balance changes in Patch 2.1.0 and the new champion Aphelios, we have seen new deck come up in the meta, either because of the new cards introduced to the game or because some existing decks have been able to come through due to other decks being nerfed, or new cards being buffed. I decided not to make this video iin patch 2.1, as lots of new decks came and went quickly. I wanted to make sure the 3 decks were actually competitive, and not just new fads. This video is also a new milestone as it is the first video with the new card design, where the region now appears in top right. With that said, let's jump into the Top 3 new decks in Patch 2.2.0
