Gluebooking while in Overwhelm

Hi everyone,

I went back and forth for a while on whether to share this video or not because I was in the middle of some pretty heavy feelings of overwhelm while recording it. I decided I would because I think it's important for people to see that not every journaling session is as perfect as it may appear. We all have good days and bad days and even though this day did not go as I was hoping, I did push through and get a little bit of work completed in my journal.

I'd love to hear how you work through those times when you're wanting to work in your journal but your mind and thoughts have other plans.
