The Tikka T1X Hunter Wood Vs Twelve Rabbits - Comprehensive review

Описание к видео The Tikka T1X Hunter Wood Vs Twelve Rabbits - Comprehensive review

Tikka`s delve into the rimfire market in 2018 has proven to be a very good move as their model T1X has become very popular here in the UK. It makes sense as Sako had their Finnfire and Quad models and this T1X action takes over where they left off. It has an all steel action design not too dissimilar to the older Finnfire which I still own and cherish. But cleverly Tikka have seen to make the T1X with a design that mimic`s the proportions of their T3X centrefire rifles possessing the same action profile so T3 accessorises and stock alternatives will all fit too.
We have seen the sporter polymer stocked version and more target orientated UPR rifles and now it is the turn of the Hunter model. These usually wear a wood stock in both Tikka and Sako model ranges and yes the new T1X Hunter sports a very nice sporter profiled wood stock.
Available in either .22 LR rimfire or 17 HMR at present with a 16 or 20 inch barrel length option they are threaded for a sound moderator but no left hand version at present. I like the new flush fit magazine system and the adjustable trigger remains the excellent unit that graces all Tikka models.
All in all a nice new addition to the T1X range which I am sure will appeal to shooters though appreciate the more classical looking rifles of yes rare year but are packed full of modern technology.
We make a full test and rabbit hunt.
