DuPure International Water Softner System

I bought a new home on January 25th from Taylor Morrison Home and paid for DuPure International Whole House Water Softner System. It was activated on Feb. 6th or so. Within 24 hours, the system started leaking water. Feb. 12th or so, DuPure attributed the fault to some valve. Again, within two weeks, the control panel started giving error codes. The service technician attributed it to faulty control panel. You can see for yourself how the brine is filled with yukky water, the damages to my garage and dry wall. Don't ever buy DuPure. You pay for an expensive unit but get poor quality service. I am planning to sue them. If you have such experiences, email it to me.
