🚀 Unlocking the Power of AI and IIoT with Node-RED in the Smart Hot Food Vending Machine Graduation Project

I’m excited to reveal the full IIoT system and Node-RED dashboard for my graduation project, the Smart Hot Food Vending Machine, showcasing the integration of Industry 4.0 and IIoT technologies.

🔗 Connectivity:
Utilized HTTP Request and MySQL Database for data interchange with Raspberry Pi 4.
Implemented Modbus Communication for interaction with the Modicon M200 PLC.

🎨 UI/UX Design:
Special thanks to my friend, Mahmoud Wael, for the UI design with Dark Mode, Light Mode, and Default Mode options. After admins log into their accounts on the website, they can access the IoT dashboard through the admin dashboard to manage and monitor the system efficiently.

🖥️ Node-RED Dashboard:
The dashboard features 5 main tabs:

1. Main Tab:
Allows for maintenance mode, refilling the machine, monitoring the current meal, daily orders, and cooling room temperature and humidity.
Includes a security camera feed.
Features a logout button.

2. Map Tab:
Provides a comprehensive view of all machines owned by the admin, with daily order charts for each location.

3. Archive Tab:
Offers extensive historical data analysis, including sales, Room1 temperature & humidity, and security camera footage.
Data management features include:
📅 Selecting start and end dates for data review.
🔍 Choosing specific datasets like Sales, Temperature & Humidity, and Security Camera footage.
📊 Viewing tables and charts for visual analysis, including daily sales trends and environmental conditions.
📄 Downloading reports in CSV or PDF format, featuring AI-powered Performance Insights and Recommendations, including sales data analysis, temperature and humidity trends, and security camera records.
📧 Sending reports directly via email.

4. Website Tab:
Directs to the official website for additional resources and support.

5. About Us Tab:
Provides information about the InnoVendo team and the project, as presented on the website.
