Selpu, a small hill village 44km from Siliguri town, has an amazing view point known as "Ahal Sun Rice Viewpoint" or "Rabindranath Tagore Face Viewpoint".
Its My favorite place in northbengal
I came here for the first time in 2017 and wherever I fall in love, I've been here 26 times in the three years since then.
There are also many beautiful villages, orange orchards, forests, fountains, rivers, and flower gardens which are dazzlingly beautiful. The roads are also beautiful because there are 3 ways to get here.
First: The road crosses Sevoke and rises above Kalijhora Bazaar. The road passes through a village called Latpanchar at View Point. On the way to this road you will find a huge avalanche of broken hills and grazing roads which is very exciting, also the waterfalls and the beauty of the mountains.
Second: The road goes from Birikdara to Selpu just before The Rambi Bazaar, this road is thrilling from the beginning, it has forest, waterfall, orange grove, and some amazing views.😍
Third: The road is the worst and steepest road from Shibkhola to Sitang village, so it is better to go through Selpu. However, this road also has a great view. There is also another road across the Sitong hill along this road that leads from Bagora to Darjeeling via Dilaram. Also the naam Thing Pokhari Lake 👌🏻is available when coming or going through this road.

I have been to every season of the year so I have enjoyed all the different views.
There are a lot of homestays here but I didn't stay because it takes me 1:45 from home to get here.but I day I want to spent a night out over here 🥰
