Unlocking Maghar Orcs

First you must complete the achievement Ready for war. The you must go to orgrimmar to continue.
Once in orgrimmar you will start a quest named Vision of time, which is the quest that has the Mag'har join the horde. The quests that must be completed are

Caverns of Time
Echo of Gul'dan
Echo of Warlord Zaela
Echo of Garrosh Hellscream
Restoring Old Bonds
Calling Out the Clans
Bonds Forged Through Battle
Tyranny of the Light
The Uncorrupted

You have now unlocked the maghar orcs. mag'har orc mount
