Exit polls in Ukraine's presidential election are pointing to a decisive first-round victory for the confectionery billionaire Petro Poroshenko. Turnout was high in much of the country, but pro-Russian separatists in the east tried to stop voting in areas they control. Al Jazeera's Jacky Rowland reports from Kiev.
