In this video we see some trains & buses at Stirling, a station on the Joondalup line in Perth's northern suburbs. On the platform we see three & six car B Series EMU's, while at the bus interchange we see Mercedes Benz O405NH's, Mercedes Benz OC500LE CNG's & Volvo B7RLE's with Volgren CR225L, CR228L & Optimus bodies.

Stirling opened on the 28 February 1993 as one of the original stations on the Joondalup line. The station & the line were constructed as part of the Northern Suburbs Transit System project which aimed to provide high quality transportation to Perth's northern corridor and ease congestion on the adjacent Mitchell Freeway. The construction of the new line along with the electrification of the existing rail network saw a resurgence of rail transport in Perth into what I think is the best urban rail network in the country. Since then the Mandurah line was built to serve Perth's southern suburbs which opened in 2007.
