European Merging Function Made Open Source - Kristjan Vilgo, Baltic-RCC & Elering

Aim is to present to the community our work on the EMF upgrade in progress (estimated to be online by the time of the conference). As we are replacing our current vendor closed source tooling to in house developed EMF solution we hope to inspire others to reuse the parts or is interested even contribute. Our core is built around pyPowSybl module and our internal open source platform services like rabbitMQ, Elastic, Minio and others.
