How to hold a Pen for Copperplate Script

I am proofing the manual and decided to do an IGLive. I had told myself no live feeds until the manual was handed in but reading the section on handholds made me realise I needed to talk about this problematic subject.

This is for right handers, there is a page in the manual for lefties so have no fear. Righties have 3 pictures and explanation. Lefties have 6!
