A.Death Benefit:
Death benefit payable in case of death of the Life Assured before the stipulated Date of Maturity provided the policy is inforce
shall be as under:
On death during first five years: “Sum Assured on Death”.
On death after completion of five policy years but before the stipulated Date of Maturity:
“Sum Assured on Death” along with Loyalty Addition, if any.
Where “Sum Assured on Death” is defined as the highest of
• 10 times of annualised premium; or
• Sum Assured on Maturity as defined in Condition 1B below; or
• Absolute amount assured to be paid on death, i.e. Basic Sum Assured.
This death benefit shall not be less than 105% of the total premiums paid excluding extra amount if charged under the policy
due to underwriting decision and Rider(s) premium, if any, as on date of death.
B. Maturity Benefit: On Life Assured surviving the stipulated Date of Maturity provided the policy is inforce, “Sum Assured
on Maturity” along with Loyalty Addition, if any, shall be payable. Where “Sum Assured on Maturity” is equal to Basic
Sum Assured.
2. Rider Benefits:
The following two optional riders shall be available under this product.
1. LIC’s Accidental Death & Disability Benefit Rider (UIN: 512B209V02)
2. LIC’s Accident Benefit Rider (UIN: 512B203V03).
However, the Life assured can opt between either of the LIC’s Accidental Death & Disability Benefit Rider) or LIC’s Accident
Benefit Rider under this policy.
Under an inforce policy either LIC’s Accidental Death & Disability Benefit Rider or LIC’s Accident Benefit Rider can be
opted for at any time within the policy term of the Base Policy provided, the outstanding policy term of the Base Policy is
atleast five years.
Condition of rider(s),if opted, is enclosed as endorsement to this policy.
3. Loyalty Addition:
Provided the policy is in full force by payment of all due premiums and the premiums have been paid for atleast 5 full years’,
then depending upon the Corporation’s experience the policies under this product shall be eligible for Loyalty Addition at the
time of exit after completion of 5 policy years in the form of Death during the policy term or Maturity at such rate and on such
