The animation was created utilising a highly detailed, accurate and photorealistic 3D digital model of Parramatta City which is owned by Arterra Interactive. The 3D digital model has been in development for over a decade and is constantly updated as required to reflect current conditions proving an invaluable tool for community and stakeholder engagement.
