This vlog looks the latest developments in Auckland's Albany basin. The land was historically tied up in some leasehold tenure issues, which led to delays on its development after the GFC. Freeholding occurred in subsequent years and it has now become a hub development.

This vlog touches on two large developments on Munroe Lane. The first is Risland, an affordable apartment development featuring 141 units. The second is 6-8 Munroe Lane, a 15,900 sqm office building with expected value on completion of $142M. The building will accommodate Auckland Council's Albany Hub and features a NZGBC 5 Star Green Star rating and target of NABERSNZ 5 star rating.
