What you EAT is just as if not MORE important than what you USE for hair growth.
Healthy long hair is a sign of good OVERALL health. This is why long full hair is so desired!
If your hair is constantly BRITTLE & DRY, you’ve tried EVERYTHING under the sun then this may be a deeper issue than hair deep.
Your body may be trying to tell you that there is something wrong internally. So focus on eating a nutritious diet.
Your diet is the BEST source for nutrients, supplements are ok but they are manmade and our bodies are less likely to recognise them, they shouldn’t be used instead of a good diet!
Essential Nutrients for Hair Growth:

Red meat, beans (red kidney beans, edamame), lentils, spinach, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, cashews etc
🔻Zinc 🔻
Sources:
Meat, shellfish, dairy foods, pumpkin seeds, chickpeas, cashews, spinach

🔻Omega 3 🔻Oily fish (anchovies, mackerel, salmon, sardines), Walnuts, Hemp seeds, Brussel sprouts, Kidney beans

Most people should be able to make all the vitamin D they need from sunlight if the climate permits, if you are from a colder climate you may need to supplement in other ways including: oily fish (salmon, sardines, mackerel), red meat liver, egg yolks, mushrooms
