We never underestimate what a brave step it is to join a Slimming World group, it can be nerve-wracking, especially if you don’t know what to expect. Please know, there’s always a warm welcome waiting for you and we promise you’ll leave feeling determined, hopeful and full of belief that you can do it after your very first group. 

Once you've found the right group for you, either message the Consultant or just turn up at the time advertised – they'll be delighted to see you.

To get off to the very best possible start, you’ll join the New Member Talk at our first group. Your Consultant will take you through our generous eating plan – how it works, how it’s going to help you reach the weight or size you’d love.  

A Slimming World groups is fun and it’s where you’ll discover strategies swaps and coping mechanisms.
The scales are set up in a way that only you and the person weighing you can see your weight. It’s completely confidential and will never be spoken about during group.
You’ll be asked to set your personal target weight, a weight you choose and your Consultant and friends in group will support you every step of the way and beyond.
You’ll be given a personal code to log in to the Slimming World website and app, and access to hundreds of recipes, tools and trackers – to help keep your motivation high in between your weekly groups.
