Today was about facing what I’ve been avoiding.

The back patio has been sitting there for a year and a half, untouched, neglected & if I’m being real, that’s how I’ve felt about myself too.

Neglected. Uncared for. Just existing instead of thriving.

A small task, but not really. Because as much as this is about clearing a space, it’s also about marking a shift. Physically, I’m feeling it—legs are dead from the challenge, but the fitness is coming together. I’m using these couple of hours in the backyard as part of the process
