Ringly is a rare ancient plastic Fairy-type Pokémon. The few throughout history who were fortunate enough to come across these spirited plastic buddies most likely tossed them back into a nearby river, sadly mistaken as just another piece of trash. With only one move documented (roll), most historians question whether this Pokémon is the weakest ever recorded.
However, if you can bond with a Ringly, then you will be pleasantly surprised when they reveal to you their evolved state.

Rotorso is an extremely powerful Pokémon that only suffers significant damage from Water-types. The reason being that Water-types are the only Pokémon that cannot be choked by spinning, plastic rings. (Ghosts not included)
Rotorso's hands are formed into existence using the souls of all the squirtles Ringly choked to death unintentionally.
