Karen & Aakash’s exotic luxury wedding in Bali was a destination celebration at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Resort that joined friends and family from around the world for a week of beach side festivities under bright blue skies and crystal clear waters. The events were officially kicked off by a vibrant Rajasthani themed mendhi sangeet night, where choreographed dance performances were followed by a fun night of garba.

Karen & Aakash’s outdoor beach wedding began with their dramatic first look by the ocean, followed by an exciting baraat. Karen stunned in Sabyasachi’s “Deepika Padukone” statement lehenga as the two were wed in a traditional Hindu ceremony at sunset. The couple’s wedding was followed by a classic beach lawn dinner that culminated in a dazzling fireworks show and fire dance by local Balinese dancers. The appropriately world travel themed reception, with hot air balloons, cascading fairy lights and foliage wall, was a fun night filled with touching speeches and dancing as the final night of celebration.
