I recently saw him on an episode of the great YouTube channel Fearless and Far and thought, why not try and get ahold of this wonderful character.

Low and behold, he was excited to share his culture, home and knowledge with us by extending an invitation to family hog slaughtering deep in the back woods of southern Louisiana.
