Awesome Hunt With A Coin Spill And The Perfect Ending!

I couldn't write a better script for this metal detecting episode. From a hopeless location, to a coin spill and a huge reward at the end.

The beginning wasn't easy. I've spotted another place on my way which turned out to be bad. I realized it quickly and moved on, which in my opinion is key in metal detecting.
I wasn't looking for anything special, just a place that hasn't been modified much, something I could detect in peace without hikers, or people walking their dogs.

When I found the right area, the first thing I saw was trash that was already dug by someone else. But, the soil was "right" which gave me hope. After a few musket balls I knew that it could be a matter of time until something else pops out of the ground, which was the case.

I found a Belgian coin from 1800s, 1700s buttons, a beautiful bell and came across a tiny patch loaded with strange sounding iron. It was a coin spill! The great thing about it was how it unfolded. From rusty coins... to the silver queen at the very end.

It was a perfect day. I hope you enjoyed it as well.
