Hey everybody welcome to another video on the channel. If you're new here my name is Tim and I started the channel to document my journey to a sub 3 hour marathon, with the hope that I can inspire some people to start running themselves or even start up their own Youtube channel.

In todays video I am going to do a 5k Time trial to test my fitness and see where I'm at going into my training for the upcoming races.
