First Heirloom Apple - Porter's Perfection Orchard Harvest

We grew our first apple!!!! Porter's Perfection (an Heirloom Cider Apple Variety). In this video, we walk you through the orchard and pick our first apple! This variety was first discovered in Somerset, U.K. around the early 1800s and has since grown to become one of North Americas most popular cider apple variety. We are excited to have 10 of these trees currently growing in our micro orchard with 100's more coming in 2024 to be planted at the future 10 acre home of Heartwood Ciders!
