The goal of this mini series is to show you a full refurb project from start to finish with costings, mistakes and success when we eventually take our first bookings from guests as it will be an Airbnb once it's finished.

In this video we're showing the site clearance because getting in the rip out team is one of the first jobs when doing a property refurb. We discuss which items we will be removing from the property and how much I was quoted for the full site clearance.
