This holiday season was memorable for us here at Landmark Home Warranty, because we were able to take part in something very special.

With help from a network of caring contractors and part suppliers, Landmark was able to contribute to Danny's Home.

Danny Goldman is a vibrant and active 5 year old. He loves to play, he loves school, and he's a really big Spiderman fan. Danny also has spina bifida and hydrocephalus.

With therapy and a special chair, Danny is surprisingly independent and as lively as any 5 year old. The problem the Goldman's faced with Danny's development was a home that was accessible to Danny's condition. Their small 2-bedroom apartment provided no handicap accommodations.

Michelle Todd, a local Realtor with Exit Realty took it upon herself to find a home for the Goldmans on their very tight budget. The home she found needed a lot of work to accommodate Danny, but with help from several local business and individuals like Michelle, The Goldmans were given an early Christmas Gift this year and Danny finally got the home he needed.

We at Landmark would like to thank the Real Estate Industry for all of your support this year. It is our continued success that allowed us to create Landmark Home Foundation, and it's our pleasure to watch lives change one home at a time.
