In this video, I am going to show how to derive the reverse saturation current of a PN junction. You don't need those awkward variables like pp, pn, pp0, pn0, etc, etc.

At the end of the video, I made a mistake. I should have substituted x=xn towards the end of the video. I forgot this step.
