燃料タンク内の古いガソリンを抜き取り、新しくガソリンを入れました。敷地内を動かして地面の状態が良い場所に移動させ、エンジンオイルを交換しています。ブレーキの固着はないようです。commentary↓

Ⅰremoved old gasoline from the fuel return pipe of the carburetor
Ⅰtried to drive the site by supplying 10 liters of new gasoline
There is no sticking of the brake
