I had some requests for a video explaining a few key inline goalie basics to goalies who were either new to the position or returning after long breaks. In this video you'll get my thoughts on improving your RollerFly slides, how to get your butterfly pads to rotate properly and I'll also help you with some of the fundamentals of the butterfly itself. These are things that I've learned from watching other goalies either here on YouTube or in person and also from playing the position in beer league for about a decade.
