My immediate career goal is to promote from an account executive to an enterprise account executive. In today’s video I will share with you 5 reasons why I am working to become an enterprise account executive.

I am an account executive who is responsible for a $216k quarterly quota, I work with 1,600 companies in my book of business that I am responsible for managing existing relationships with customers and generating new business. The distinction with enterprise, is that you are working with the most important brands in the world, for example at my company enterprise accounts do at least $5B in revenue. The more money they make, the more employees they have, the larger problems you can solve therefore the more you can charge for your software solutions.

The first reason why I want to become an ENT AE is because it is the best career path if you desire to become an entrepreneur.

The second reason why I want to become an ENT AE is because it’s one of the fastest ways to make $250k per year early in your career, my OTE right now at 26 is $207k, by the end of this year I expect to become an ENT in which my OTE will jump past $250k.

The third reason why I want to become an ENT AE is because the skill set will always be in demand (future proof career).

The fourth reason why I want to become an ENT AE is because of the quality of work lifestyle - remote friendly and it’s not soul crushing like many high paying finance jobs

The fifth reason why I want to become an ENT AE is because in college I first learned what this even was, it sounded cool and I want to be able to sit here and share practical guidance how you can find SDR job and work your way up to become Ent rep.
