In this video I have this Mondeo 2.0 TDCI Estate Ghia version and I will be changing the rear track control arms in it.
To do this job the coil springs will need to come out as well as the antiroll bar links will need to be disconnected, therefore you could potentially replace any of those via this method.

I ordered all my bits from autodoc but it took a while to get to me so if you are in a rush then better order from another supplier.
