Because a couple of times I have not been going to sleep at my correct time which is 11 or 1130. I would normally staying up until like 12 1230 or even 1 AM. And I know that is not good. For a while it has been really difficult because almost every time when I get sick, it gets really hard to do reaction videos especially when I have a sore throat or I am coughing or can’t really speak as good.
