The Sick-Lecture-1 of Kent’s Philosophy (Aphorism-1, Organon of Medicine)

Описание к видео The Sick-Lecture-1 of Kent’s Philosophy (Aphorism-1, Organon of Medicine)

‘The sick’ is the first chapter or the Lecture-1 of Kent’s Philosophy, it based on the term ‘the sick’ used by Hahnemann in the 1st Aphorism of Organon of medicine. In this video, we have tried to explain this chapter in a very simple manner without distorting the original thought of Dr James Tyler Kent. The summary of the chapter is
1. The old school or the Allopathic system of medicine is based on experiences and opinions.
2. Homoeopathy is based on principles.
3. Allopaths consider the tissue changes or pathological changes as the disease.
4. Homoeopaths believe, the organs are not the man, man is prior to the organs.
5. There are no diseases, but sick people.
6. The mind is the key to the man.
7. Will and understanding constitute the internal man.
8. Disease always proceeds from the mind to the physical economy.
9. The totality of the symptoms represents the internal nature of sickness and are the only gateway for the treatment.
10. As the cause of the disease is not materialistic, the potentized medicines can only lead to a cure.
