There is nothing worse than traveling for business or pleasure than having your flight cancelled. But what rights do you have? Must the airline refund your purchase or upgrades? Must the airline place you on another flight? Must the airline give you food and hotel vouchers? You may be surprised. In this video I do reference posting "pleasant" comments on social media platforms if the airline does not help you. The use of the word "pleasant" really means, don't be overly insulting or threatening when attempting to negotiate a reasonable outcome (it's perfectly okay to feel upset and angry, of course). However, you must be direct and firm - get their attention and be certain you get what you deserve!
