The Chi-Nu II (or Chi-Nu 2, whichever you prefer) is probably the most solid premium tank you can get for the Japanese tank tech tree. It used to wreak havoc in the lower tiers of WT before Gaijin moved it up to 4.3, but it's still a very potent medium tank with powerful armament. I like to compare it to a railgun since it's so devastating. It'll destroy most targets in one shot, hence the title.
