We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to lead their Residential aged care facility in the Northern beaches, Sydney. He/She will be responsible in managing a Multidisciplinary team;
continually improving all aspects of care, education & staff development; strategic planning & financial management; and occupancy management

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
✅ 2+ years experience as a Facility Manager in RACF
✅ Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration)
✅ Extensive knowledge ACFI and up to date legislative requirements

WHAT'S THE OFFER?
⭐ Excellent Salary $130k to $150k + super
⭐ 4-6 month contract available with accomodation included
⭐ Regular professional development available
