AVOCADO TOAST
1 Slice 7 Grain Bread – lightly toasted or favorite bread of your choice
Goat cheese and Sundried Tomato Spread
8 oz Goat cheese (you can use full fat yogurt if preferred)
4 oz Sun-dried Tomatoes packed in oil
lemon juice
hint of garlic/onion powder
dollop of full fat yogurt
Place all the above in food processor and blend until spreadable

Avocado’s – 4-5 depending on amount needed – folk smashed in bowl. ‪@MexicanAvocados‬
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
Dollop of mayo

1-2 eggs – fried and over easy (optional)
Spout salad
micro greens – drizzled with olive oil and salt and pepper
Toasted Sunflower seeds – to sprinkle and finish
