Divide players into three thirds of the court according to their positions:
Defenders in defensive third.
Midcourt in centre third.
Shooters in attacking third.

Ball starts at GK, thrown in from the backline.
Defensive third: Each player receives the ball once before it moves to midcourt.
Midcourt third: Repeat — every player receives once before passing to shooters.
Attacking third: Pass through shooters; final pass to a shooter near the post to attempt a goal.
Rebound & transition: Shooter rebounds, outlets the ball, and play moves back down to defence end.
Repeat: GK takes the next backline throw-in; rotate players through thirds.
*Players must be aware of space and transitional moves down court. The players should make strong leads and loves toward the ball and down court. The final pass in the third should be received near the transverse line.
*advanced- final pass received near transverse and the next pass received in the same channel of the court (E.g. middle to middle) Promote no cross court risky passes and strong moves to the ball.
Progression: Add a defence in each third.
